About the Company: Exemplar Health Care is a leading provider of specialist nursing care for adults living with complex and high acuity needs. We have over 35 care homes across England. Our Nurse-led teams are trained to support adults living with complex mental health needs, dementia, neuro-disabilities including brain injuries, Huntington's disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease, and physical disabilities including cerebral palsy, spinal injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. We also have a number of services that are registered to support people living with complex learning disabilities and/or autism. This provides an exciting opportunity to develop your specialist clinical skills though our bespoke training programmes. The people we support would often be in a hospital setting if not placed with us. Our specialist nursing care enables them to stay in the community and reduces hospital and secure facility admission. Our higher than average staffing levels, often six Health Care Assistants for each Registered Nurse, enables us to build trust with the people we support.
