Successful candidates will be tasked to monitor and improve the monthly sell out of dealer stores. Will do fieldwork to continuously check the market and sales of products and ensure product units, racks, brochures and POPs (purchase of products) are properly displayed at the stores. Assist the Sales Coordinators in handling, monitoring and training promo merchandisers. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must be willing to do fieldwork, flexible to work independently under pressure, organized in paper works and have aggressiveness in achieving sales targets and in building positive relationship to the staff and management of dealer stores. Candidates who have work experience(s) in handling and training people will have an advantage. Full time positions available in North Luzon (Region 2), Bicol Region, Visayas (Cebu and Ilolio) and Mindanao (Davao).
