About the Working Abroad Program Would you like to move to a new country and develop your professional career at the same time? Evaneos makes it possible! We set up the Working Abroad Program to help local agencies recruit new travel agents to their destinations. Job Description As the contract will be with the local agency, there may be a lot of variety between the actual positions. The job could contain any or more of the following duties: PRODUCTION Market studies and competitive research Creation of new offers (hotels, excursions, domestic flights, cruises, packaged circuits) Negotiation and contracting SALES AND MARKETING Handle traveler requests and understand their expectations (by phone) Create tailor-made itineraries using the Evaneos Trip Planner Follow-up with traveler requests using the Evaneos Request Manager Confirmation of itineraries and payment BOOKING MANAGEMENT Reservations with hoteliers and service providers Follow-up with billings Creation of travel road books ON-SITE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND QUALITY MONITORING Receiving customers in the destination (at the airport or by telephone) Customer follow-ups during the trip Handle customer satisfaction: questionnaires, responses, communicating feedback to production team Preferred Experience SKILLS English native speaker level Knowledge of / familiarity with / passion for the region Knowledge of the tourism sector and their players (previous experience on a DMC is much valued) Interest and skill in tour production and sales, Skill in other of our market languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) QUALITIES Ambitious and autonomous Available and dynamic Business sense Flexible and adaptable Good in high-pressure/stressful situations Precise and demanding REMUNERATION Your salary will be discussed with your employer, the local travel agency.
