Technical Product Manager(s) – ATMs (Athens, Warsaw, Budapest) Euronet Worldwide EFT division seeks to employ a results-driven Technical Product Manager, who will become a key contributor in the development of the company’s ATMs product line, reporting to the Europe EFT Product Director. The right incumbent must demonstrate a proven track record across the entire lifecycle of ATMs related products, from conception to implementation and launch, with focus on the technical solutions required for ATMs as well as back office tools. SCOPE Euronet Worldwide EFT division seeks to employ a results-driven Technical Product Manager, who will become a key contributor in the development of the company’s ATMs product line, reporting to the Europe EFT Product Director. The right incumbent must demonstrate a proven track record across the entire lifecycle of ATMs related products, from conception to implementation and launch, with focus on the technical solutions required for ATMs as well as back office tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Attain understanding of all Euronet divisions’ products as to further suggest/participate in the design of cross functional product offerings. Partner with development teams to build exceptional ATM related products and drive product roadmaps and outcomes. Recommend the nature and scope of present and future products. Review product and scoping technical specifications and operations/business requirements; work closely with cross functional teams (Operations, Finance, Security, Marketing and Delivery teams). Responsible for defining product features and releases. Responsible for end-to-end product solution, including but not limited to terminal, features, mandates, clearing, settlement, back office tools, training, manuals internal and external. Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative market research as to validate technology trends and competitive opportunities for new product offerings. Develop customer-ready technical specification materials to support validation discussions with clients. Prepare reports and detailed analyses for senior management. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS University degree with a Business or Engineering orientation. Minimum 5 years of combined experience in the Payments sector, including roles in product management, engineering, technology strategy, solution architecture. Prior experience in the ATMs industry. A track record of working effectively with Operations and IT/SW teams to successfully deploy products and improve merchant uptake. Very good understanding of the electronic payments infrastructure. User level knowledge of MS Office. Must have legal right to work in the EU.
