Product Manager Europe - (BRU2030P) Description Job Family: The Group Strategy and Product Expansion division is responsible for overall management of products and services at Euroclear Group level. Its main objective is to identify gaps and opportunities to continuously improve Euroclear Group's products ranges, services offering and related financials, taking into account market evolution. Within product management, PM Europe is responsible for the overall product strategy of the core services: (1) Custody, (2) Settlement and (3) issuer services. PM Europe team is responsible to build, implement and monitor comprehensive product plans in line with the group strategy. You will be responsible for managing and re-engineering current products to meet customer needs. Develops product solutions that create a synergy of cost-efficiency, functionality and creativity. Ultimately responsible for product life-cycle management and overall product contribution. Role: You will be a member of the team responsible for the definition and the development of the Euroclear issuer services in Europe. You will contribute to the implementation of the product strategy in view of the upcoming regulations (i.e. shareholders right directive II) but as well in view of the increased competitive landscape as a result of the arrival of new entrants, technology and business model. Your business responsibilities will include services related to primary market issuance and corporate governance. Perform a range of activities to effectively market issuer services, conduct market research; oversee product development and design; set prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance. identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs, and liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes. Prepare forecasts and profit estimates. You will be part of Product Management Europe located in Brussels, Amsterdam and Paris. You will liaise intensively with colleagues in product, commercial, IT, financial, legal, operations to engage and steer all stakeholders in the execution of the product plan. At the same time, your role will be strongly externally driven with a need to play a strong leadership role in the relevant markets community.
