A fantastic opportunity with career progression for a Senior Area Operations Manager, London and surrounding areas to join our team. Hours: 40 hours per week. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Manager to join our operational team working within the London and surrounding areas. The Senior Operations Manager role is a key role within the company as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a geographical area which will cover a number of counties. Euro Car Parks is one of the UK’s leading car park management companies and operates across all market sectors covering the whole of the UK and Ireland. A company car will be provided as travel within the London area will be a regular part of your daily routine. As such, you must hold a full UK driving licence. You will also be provided with a mobile ‘phone and laptop. The normal hours of work for this role will be 40 hours per week, worked over 5 out of 7 days, Monday to Sunday. In addition to managing a geographical area, you will be responsible for managing and supporting onsite teams and other operational support staff to increase profit, standards and provide a first class service to our clients. You will also be responsible for ensuring the effective running of the operations functions, providing operational direction and leadership. The successful candidate will ideally have/be: ·Strong management experience – leading and inspiring field based operational teams to deliver KPIs, financial and people results ·A complete understanding of the principles of multi-site management via remote management means ·A champion of change – a strong and decisive leader who is able to take challenging situations in their stride ·Able to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams to get results and meet service delivery requirements ·Able to interact effectively with customers/clients at all levels and to both meet and manage customer/client expectations ·Commercially and contractually aware with the ability to create and manage budgets within financial parameters ·A strong set of personal values which match those of the organisation and the vision of the business are essential ·The ability to stay away from home as required for the needs of the business; ·A full UK driving licence (essential) ·Must live within the M25 area If you feel you have the right experience for the role, please forward your CV together with a covering letter stating why you are the best candidate for the position.
