This is a fixed term position until 15 January 2021 In this role you will: use your human resources experience to provide expert people and culture advice provide insights and evidence-based advice to influence the people and culture approach within the commission apply a continuous performance approach to embedding our human resource practices. Position details As a senior member of the people and culture team, you will be the key point of contact for employee relations matters (though the case load is usually very low) and will be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of human resources policies in the organisation. A technical human resources role with a strategic focus, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and reporting on the commission's human resource metrics to assess the commission's achievement against its strategic people priorities.
