ABOUT THE ROLE As an Senior Training & Support Consultant, you will deliver on our vision and service delivery principles of Ease, Expertise, Collaboration and Consistency, by providing technical support and training to our clients, ensuring that our contact with clients delivers a user experience consistent with our client experience vision. Key responsibilities include daily management of escalated incidents, interfacing with clients, analysis of systems, Enterprise support, and proactive and preventative maintenance. Providing high level client experiences through support offerings Contribution to team Compliance with core business systems Resolving L3-L4 system incidents with minimal customer impact Desired skills and experience ABOUT YOU Relevant experience and/or qualification (BA preferred) in associated business disciplines (Computer Science, Information Technology, Geography, Geospatial Science, Remote Sensing and/or Surveying). Experience using, and a passion for geospatial technologies will be highly regarded - in particular with our ArcGIS Enterprise stack. Working knowledge of Active Directory, Virtualization, SAML, Web Server, Networking and Security concepts. Working knowledge and experience using AWS or similar hosted environments. Experience delivering client support for applications; or delivering technical customer service with direct end user contact. Understanding of Enterprise architecture, applications, and functionality. Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to effectively demonstrate fault diagnosis and problem-solving skills; and communicate relevant issues and findings. Great communication skills - both written and verbal. You communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Dedicated to continuous learning; eager to learn and embrace new and emerging technologies. Keen interest and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Great attention to detail and time management skills. Personality/ behaviour aligns with Esri Australia's core values.
