Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; managing staff. Key Areas of Responsibilities : 1. CSE is responsible to respond buyer queries and issues via emails. 2. CSE is responsible to handle logistic queries and issues via emails. 3. CSE is responsible to take buyer, seller and logistic calls. 4. CSE is responsible to make outbound calls in case of followups with buyer, seller and logistic. 5. CSE is responsible to convert inquiry calls to sales. 6. CSE is responsible to communicate with external coordinators (TX Warehouse) to resolve the cases. 7. CSE is responsible to take Website Chats. Qualification : Graduate / Under Graduate Desired Skill set : 1. Good Communication Skills 2. Time Management 3. Microsoft excel.
