We invest in People and Equipment to add values and provide excellent services to meet our clients' requirements, and we are looking for high caliber persons to join us Responsibilities : To perform outdoor work such as document collection and delivery, cheques bank-in etc. To check and refill office supplies such as distilled water, paper, printing supplies, etc. To assist in office maintenance To provide administrative support and services for meetings To assist in ad hoc assignments while necessary or by supervisor Requirements : Form 5 or above / DSE graduate 2 years relevant working experience Good communication fluency in Cantonese and basic English Knowledge in MS Office Hardworking, Responsible and Willing to learn Immediately available is preferred 職責 : 主要負責外勤送遞工作 (如收送文件,到銀行入帳等) 檢查辦公室文儀用品,替換及補給設備及影印耗材 簡單維修工作-如換光管 為會議提供後勤支援 如有需要,需支援處理突發事情, 或執行由上司指派的工作 要求 : 中五或以上/DSE畢業 2 年辦公室助理經驗 良好中文程度,簡單英語 電腦知識Word和Excel 努力工作,富責任感,肯學習 可即時上班優先考慮 We offer competitive remuneration package.
