How you will make an impact: As a Workplace Services Manager, you are globally responsible for facilities management and workplace services such as contract management for onsite facilities service suppliers and being the main contact person for all facilities and workplace services. You are the one making sure everything runs smoothly and that the level of service is maintained. Furthermore, you ensure that our office environment is optimal and that it provides an outstanding working climate. You develop and manage a pro-active maintenance schedule, anticipating long- and short-term improvements, as well as continuously planning maintenance activities. In close collaboration with Head of Workplace, to whom you report, you optimize the office budget and organize and coordinate various office operations. Every day surprises you with new tasks and your job is to find ways to make the Epidemic Sound HQ a happy, inspiring and functioning workspace. Who are you? Our Workplace Services Manager is a natural bearer of the Epidemic Sound spirit. We work hard but also play hard. We are, at core, a disruptive company with a lot of heart who sees new ways of doing things. This is something that comes naturally to you. To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have/are: Profound experience and knowledge in office- and facility management Great administration skills Experience working within a growing and fast-paced environment Experience of developing effective and efficient processes and successfully implement them Fluent in English, verbal and written Also, we believe you are a socially skilled team player who enjoys a challenge or two on a daily basis.
