TITLE: Operations Manager LOCATION: Kapuskasing REPORT TO: Regional Manager Company Overview Founded in 2018, Environmental 360 Solutions (E360S) is dedicated to becoming North America's leading and most trusted environmental management company. Growing through acquisition and organic growth, E360S provides environmental and waste management solutions to municipalities and commercial customers. Position Description We currently have an exciting role for a results oriented and employee focused Operations Manager to operate the day to day operations of our Kapuskasing location. Position Responsibilities Direct all employees of the location to ensure operational excellence by managing and coaching employees to achieve optimal efficiency. Ensure Company policies and procedures are adhered to. Be accountable for the budgeting and fiscal reporting of the location and monitor the budget as required. Track and review productivity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Manage escalated customer concerns to resolve them in a timely manner. Comply with all regulations required by the Company and government regulations. Work with the sales team to generate new business. Conduct regular meetings to communicate updates to the location. Additional duties may be required Qualifications 3 - 5 years Operational Management experience. Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects. Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients. Experience in the transportation or waste industry is considered an asset. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Proven ability to work independently while being a team player.
