Overview Due to expansion and growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a full time Quality Assurance / Project Administrator to join our team at our office in Kilkenny. The position would suit someone with office and customer service experience, a positive attitude, an outgoing manner and good organizational skills, additionally you must have excellent computer skills. This role will report to our PMO Manager and provide support in the general operation of the organisation. Responsibilities include: To contact customers, post service installation and schedule quality inspections to assess the quality of the works completed. Generate daily work schedules for the Quality Inspectors and update the client and in-house databases with appointment details. Generate weekly and monthly reports to be presented to the Customer, in regards various KPI’s. Monitor and ensure all critical Quality Inspection results are dealt with in a fast and professional manner towards customer satisfaction. Acts as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring an efficient and effective service to the end-user customer at all times. Prepare and keep up to date SHEQ reports, weekly and monthly. Provide Admin support to the Project Management team as required. Key skills and experience: Essential A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a good understanding of customer services requirements. Experience in a customer service/ call centre environment, with excellent telephone manner, friendly and effective communication skills. Advanced Microsoft office knowledge and experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) An excellent communicator, demonstrating an ability to build strong working relations across all levels of the organisation, both with the Customer and fellow peers. Strong organisation skills with an ability to plan and manage your workload. 3+ years relevant Admin experience. Fluent English (spoken/written).
