Job Location: Gatineau, QC Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Up to CAD $70K/yr (Depends on Experience) JOB DESCRIPTION: As a key member of the Global Customer Care team you will contribute to creating a customer-first culture where customer success is valued every step of the way. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will exploit your technical skills along with your inter-personal abilities in order to deliver best-of-class customer care services. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to quickly learn new and advanced product-related technologies. The candidate will also possess a combination of strong technical skills and communication skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to and resolve customer service requests within target timeframes Escalate issues according to defined procedures Log software defects and product enhancement requests Liaise with Development, Product Management and other internal groups to ensure timely problem resolution Contribute to product Knowledge Base Assist with licensing and delivery tasks (e.g. product installation, data migration etc) Keep abreast of new product and technology developments REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (or equivalent), or higher Strong knowledge of wireless technologies 2+ years of experience in radio network design and optimization Proficient with radio network planning tools Strong analytical problem solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced work environment Experience working in a customer facing environment Proficiency with PC hardware and software Fluency in English (other languages will be considered an asset and particularly Spanish and French) DESIRED SKILLS: IT-related skills/experience Database administration/development experience (preferably Oracle and MS SQL Server) Experience with networking and virtualization technologies (e.g. Citrix, VMware etc) An understanding of GIS concepts and software (preferably MapInfo Professional) Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year Experience: radio network design and optimization: 2 years (Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
