Position Description: The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for handling the daily administrative HR duties of the organization. They will assist with record maintenance, payroll processing, benefits, and provide clerical support. The Human Resource Assistant will also be responsible for overseeing the Safety Program and Teams at all Enjet locations. Essential Responsibilities: Prepare and process weekly payroll for multiple locations Maintain personnel records Works with HR team, site managers, and employees to ensure issues are quickly resolved Processes status changes, garnishments, benefits, level changes, etc. Completes employment verification requests, as well as other HR related requests Develop and execute our Safety strategy and zero accident culture Standardize Safety Procedures across all Enjet locations Facilitate Safety Team meetings and energize members and employees Other payroll and HR related duties as needed Qualifications: Ability to handle highly confidential information at all times in a professional manner 1-3 years’ experience in payroll processing preferred Familiar with Human Resource Management Software, ADP Workforce Now experience a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Advanced written and oral communication skills Strong level of attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Solutions-driven focus and able to work independently or collaboratively Background in Safety preferred Benefits: Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.
