Purpose of the Job To perform all operational activities utilising plant equipment and resources in a safe manner and ina accordance to company policy procedures What you'll be doing Plant Operational Activities Ensure daily production operational blending and filling activities are performed effectively to meet scheduled production plans Load and unloads bulk products and additives Ensures daily throughput rates are achieved by operating Filling equipment at its optimum. Operating a Fork Lift Truck when required General daily housekeeping including wiping of floors and machinery of access oil HSEQ Observes and maintains strict adherence and compliance to health, safety, environment, quality and security standards Promote safe operating procedures with all personnel on a continued basis whilst promoting an incident free and spill free environment with zero contaminations.. Submit accurate and complete documentation for all production and despatching movements. Attend fire fighting, safety and security training, practice and participate in fire drills, provide assistance to fire teams and security during emergencies. Exciting challenges you might face in the role Inventory Management Gauging and dipping of tanks and participates in stock takes Submit accurate and complete documentation for all production and despatching movements Quality Control Performs and ensures quality control functions are maintained by checking that correct raw materials, packaging and labelling information are used Ensure Right First Time results are obtained during all production processes. Who you are General knowledge of Plant and Utilities Equipment Ability to lift up to 20kg for extended periods Must be able to climb up tanks and reach top of machinery via ladders.
