Excellent business judgement. You must be able to step back and assess the long term vision for growth in a particular site. Business to business relationship development. Flexibility, particularly when adapting to ever changing fast paced environment. Going beyond service expectations with the will to go even further to ensure that the job is complete. An entrepreneurial mentality and/or a business orientated mind-set.
