Roles & Responsibilities We are looking for a Compliance Manager to work alongside our business and technology teams to ensure that Endowus is always compliant with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies. You will lead internal audits, support external audits, perform regulatory risk assessments, prepare compliance reports, and provide regular training to colleagues. Responsibilities: Technology Compliance Work with Chief Technology Officer to ensure Company’s technology compliance, identifying and mitigating IT risks Work with Chief Product Officer to ensure due consideration and mitigation of risks for new product features Stay up to date and ensure compliance with relevant Technology and Cybersecurity guidelines changes Regulatory Compliance Manage the fulfillment of license requirements Maintain required compliance registers Lead regulatory reporting and complete submissions on a timely basis Stay up to date and ensure compliance with regulatory changes Other Risk Management Support initiatives to ensure information security and the protection of confidential data in compliance with local regulations (e.g. Personal Data Protection Act in Singapore) Lead business continuity planning and implementation Support external audit Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience either within a legal, compliance, regulatory or audit function pertaining to Wealth Management Working knowledge and experience of banking and securities laws, regulations, directives and expectations, including Technology Risk Management Guidelines Attention to detail, and able to adhere to strict deadlines in a highly regulated industry Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills Able to work independently and proactively take ownership
