The VP Marketing role leads all aspects of marketing, including the development and execution of marketing plan as it relates to the TV studio and TV sales projects of Endeavor Content. This role works closely with our partners and developers to outline marketing strategies on upcoming materials, budgets, and the overall growth of Endeavor Content’s TV slate. Responsibilities Lead the marketing strategy for Endeavor Content TV Studio and Sales team. Present marketing strategy to internal and external marketing partners and agencies (e.g. media, promo, digital) to encourage on-brand executions and collaborations. Collaborate with editorial teams, PR/Communications, distribution partners, external marketing firm, and other key stakeholders to build awareness and viewership of the Endeavor Content’s TV projects. Develop and oversee the implementation of advertising strategies in response to product objectives; partner with other internal departments to develop and implement brand marketing/advertising plan and budget as it related to the TV Studio and TV Sales team. Manage external agencies and marketing budgets Help develop, manage and update marketing campaign decks, photography, electronic press kits, and other presentation templates and go-to market strategies/positioning for TV projects. Manage a seasoned team of marketing professionals and work hand-in-hand with other marketing teams at Endeavor Content Basic Qualifications: 8 -10+ years of marketing experience Proven leader with experience building and managing teams Experience hiring and managing external partners Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build consensus Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from data Strong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Endeavor is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
