We are currently looking for a Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team located in our headquarters in Memphis, TN. This role is for you if you are interested in the entire spectrum of HR, ready to get your hands in some day-to-day, operational responsibilities, but also excited to work on process improvement and strategic HR initiatives with the rest of the HR team and senior management of EnSafe. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Functioning as a strategic advisor to executive and senior management regarding key organizational and management topics and projects. 2. Translating the strategic and tactical business plans into actionable HR strategic and operational plans. 3. Providing leadership and guidance to the HR team. 4. Overseeing and participating in the day to day of the HR function: recruitment, training, leadership development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and employee morale and relations. 5. Developing talent strategies and programs to recruit, identify, grow, and retain talent within EnSafe for positions at all levels. 6. Building a total compensation package that is attractive to employees and candidates, including the negotiation and management of health insurance benefits and the management of the compensation, profit sharing, and bonus processes. 7. Leveraging metrics, data, and workforce trends to assess the competitiveness of EnSafe’s programs and make recommendations for action when needed. 8. Managing HR technology to its full potential to ensure smooth operations while being fiscally responsible. 9. Ensuring EnSafe’s compliance to all applicable HR laws and regulations at the State and Federal levels. To be successful in this role, you need to be able to provide a progressive, modern vision for HR for our multi-generational, highly educated workforce. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are also critical to success. Recruiting is a high priority for EnSafe now, so innovative ideas and experience in this area are essential. We require a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, as well as at least ten years’ of relevant HR experience including two years with team management responsibilities.
