Implementation Consultant This position presents a rare opportunity to be part of a fast growing consulting practice, within a high growth, global FinTech/RegTech business. Our unique KYC automation technology continues to be rapidly adopted by major financial and professional service firms and we now have demand for Implementation Services Consultants to successfully implement our software-as-a-service solutions at clients sites across APAC. About You You will be an experienced financial crime compliance professional, having held mid level roles either within a financial organisation overseeing KYC/AML activities or in a consulting practice, specialising in this domain. You are excited by innovation and see the role of technology in the future of financial crime compliance, yet understand the practical and technical challenges affecting change in major organisations. You are not afraid to deepen your project management, process and technical implementation skills to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions. Your experience, technical and commercial understanding of financial crime compliance issues enables you to guide clients and their internal stakeholders through the complex configuration, implementation and training requirements of Encompass’ software-as-a-service solution. You have a track record of successfully delivering multi-scale, multi-jurisdiction projects, so you know what it takes to get an initiative off the ground and on-track through to completion. To be considered for this position, ideal candidates should have the following experience/skills; Extensive experience in financial crime, ideally in implementing KYC technology solutions in the financial services industry Ideally an AML Diploma/Certificate or equivalent experience Expertise in regulatory compliance requirements, AML/Financial Crime and risk management principles Proven ability to capture process requirements, preparing functional requirements, configuring technology solutions and training end users on enterprise applications Experience in consulting, initiating and leading change projects, either within your business or as a consultant to other businesses. Demonstrated involvement with successful implementation of new technologies in financial service organisations. Working knowledge of required technical issues related to integrating software-as-a-service solutions including configuring application programming interfaces, system architectures and environments Additional Information: The role will require regular travel (at least weekly) to meet clients. Implementation Services Group The Implementation Services Group is overseen by the Head of Practice in London to: Support technology sales and implementation process by providing consultation/guidance throughout the client engagement Deepen client relationships and deliver greater value by successfully implementing technology solutions Build on the KYC compliance expertise/authority in our business Design, build better solution(s) for each client Key activities: Work closely with client and internal teams to successfully implement Encompass’ solutions Carry out workshops with clients including baselining current KYC process, conduct business process reviews and configure policies within the Encompass tool; Create key artefacts and high value documents clients can refer to /be guided by Equip/support client champions with documents, processes, internal activities Support clients to manage change internally Project manage client implementations Transition successfully deployed clients to Encompass’ Customer Success and Support teams Why join Encompass?
