The Senior Sales Rep will be responsible for developing new sales channels and business opportunities to increase revenue while establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities: Grow our overall business strategy and objectives, to achieve sales and profit growth targets Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve and exceed budgets and profit goals in a manner that supports growth and builds positive business relationships Identify and actively pursue opportunities to develop new business Identify threats and challenges to continued growth in the commercial construction market Participate in trade shows and industry events Review and participate in as many viable open bids/tenders as possible Collaborate with sales team and senior staff on larger projects Set appointments and attend site meetings as required Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Sales role; experience in construction, property management, manufacturing or Architect & Design industries considered an asset Entrepreneurial and creative thinker that relishes the opportunity for growth Results-driven and able to identify new business opportunities Ability to drive projects from concept through to implementation Outstanding sales, collaboration and negotiation skills with ability to influence at top level with customers Comfortable with public speaking, presenting, and interacting with industry experts Ability to travel Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What’s in it for you?
