For more information, please visit its website: www.EmperorWatchJewellery.com Responsibilities: Assist to provide all round professional Human Resources services, including but not limiting to recruitment and selection, performance management, etc. Be the HR ambassador maintain close collaboration with staff Maintain and administer HRIS, leave and attendance systems Assist in implementation of HR policies practices and ensure procedures are in compliance with the HKSAR Employment Ordinance Prepare regular HR reports and conduct analysis Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines 3 years or above relevant working experience, preferably in sizable organizations. Well-versed in Employment Ordinance other HR-related legislation Knowledge and experience in contemporary HR processes Self-motivated, outgoing, innovative, independent and well-organized Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Capable of handling multi-tasks and working under pressure Good/ Excellent command in written spoken in English Chinese Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing and HRIS Preferable with experience in retail or FMCG industry We offer 5-day-work week with competitive remuneration and benefit packages to the right candidate.
