Requirement: -Manufacturing background.-2+ Years of practical industrial experience, preferably related to antenna or other apart design, plastic molding, metal stamping, part machining. -Solid understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, mathematics, and statistics - along with reasonable understanding of other engineering areas-electrical, materials, manufacturing & etc. -Practical knowledge of tolerance. -Good analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to read, analyze, and interpret relevant technical matter. -Computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, quality specific software). -High level of integrity, honesty and personal responsibility. Job Description: -To provide new product process quote by phases. -To plan, design and co-ordinate new line layout or production layout and new manufacturing processes to support new product. -Responsible for Equipment Capacity planning per Master Production Schedule (MPS) or forecast. -Involve in any productivity improvement activities with production and other groups. -Involve in plant layout changes especially those that will impact factory capacity. -Lead the production lines set up, process flows, methods and the production layout for productivity improvement. -To optimize manpower usage, machine utilization and improvement of method and process application in the company. -Responsible for standard time calculation, lean manufacturing, capacity study and process time reduction. -To study and set up cost improvement programs to meet and achieve company cost reduction objectives. -To ensure all resources for new lines are adequate -Participate and involve in engineering projects related to industrial engineering. -Plan, review and implement strategic engineering applications to run operation products to ensure high productivity. -Develop and implement continuous flow concept to drive down product cycle time. -Assist in the planning, design, optimization, and installation . -Recommend opportunities to improve factory overall capabilities. -Responsible to ensure that applicable CSER procedures and policies are implemented at their respective functional areas. -Comply with Quality/Environmental Policy and CSER Policy Statements Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,000.00 to RM6,000.00 /month Experience: Manufacturing background: 2 years (Preferred)
