The Emerald Cultural Institute is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and diligent staff to work in our junior residential summer programmes in Kent, Sussex and The Cotswolds. Our courses are well run and have a great reputation in market for taking excellent care of our students aged 11-17 years. We have vacancies for several Activity Leaders and Welfare Leaders . Positions are available for 2, 3 or 4 weeks starting late June or early July. Activity Leaders inject life, fun and enthusiasm into the activity and excursion programme ensuring our students have a fantastic time in a safe and secure environment. We look for sports specialists, arts n crafts, dance etc All residential staff have one day off per week.All residential posts include full board accommodation. ECI is committed to safer recruitment and requires all staff members to have read and understood our Child Safeguarding Policy (a copy will be sent to all successful candidates). Please also note: * All references will be followed up * Reference requests will ask specifically whether there is any reason why you should not be employed in situations where you have responsibility for or substantial contact with persons under the age of 18. You will also be required to sign a statement in your conditions of employment confirming the same.An appropriate DBS disclosure will be applied for at the expense of the school if you do not already possess one. Proof of identity and qualifications will be required * Any gaps in your CV must be explained Qualifications and Skills Sports, arts n crafts. dance, yoga, fitness, lifeguarding, first aid Experience of working with children preferred. Contract length: 4 weeks Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: £347.00 /week Licence: first aid and life guard welcomed (Preferred)
