Working in a collaborative environment within our head office where team members are valued and recognised for their contribution, the digital marketing specialist is expected to review and rebuilt our marketing strategy and platforms to take our sales to next level. Main responsibilities include but not limit to, Building, maintaining & improving pay per click campaigns across paid search & paid social. Auditing, planning and executing our SEO strategies using industry best practice (you have a great content team at your disposal to assist with this). Developing data based insights for when and how to re-engage current and previous customers. Using your data analysis skills to generate reporting and gain actionable insights to share with our team on a weekly basis. Keep pace with SEM, PPC, SEO & social media marketing industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth Work collaboratively with the franchisees in different territories, listen to their needs and deliver the right marketing plans. Provide recommendations to improve CRO, UX and Customer journey SEO and CRM/Automation strategies. About you: 3+ years experience within digital marketing and social media Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment High attention to detail and time management skills Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Ability to learn new channels, platforms and internal businesses. Must be extremely competent with Google Analytics and Google Adwords. Experience with Hubspot is a preference What's on Offer?.
