Candidate Requirements: Outstanding customer service skills Smart, well-groomed and confident Excellent communication & administration skills. Experienced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Duties associated with access control. Customer Care Service. Emailing and communicating with client. Security Software. i.e. CCTV, monitoring stations. Identifying possible risks. Enhancing visitor experience. Adhering to company policies and procedures Excellent attention to detail. Ability to maintain a high level of concentration and focus. Courteous and professional telephone manner. Roles and Responsibilities: Carry out reception and front of house duties. Meeting and Greeting Visitors. Issuing and Managing access cards. Compiling operational reports for Client Managers. Enhancing security levels and maintaining a vigilant presence. Controlling authorized access/egress of pedestrian and vehicular traffic on and off site. Responding to alarms, incidents and suspicious behavior quickly and efficiently. Projecting a smart, efficient and helpful image at all times. Reporting all matters regarding Health & Safety and Security.
