General Summary of Job Duties We are looking for an IT Team Administrative Assistant to help support an grow our company. Attention to detail, highly organized, multitasking wizard and tech savvy are traits we are looking for in a great long term match. Excellent customer service skills, expert knowledge of Microsoft suites/products and a strong background and understanding of technology are a must. Manage Software Licenses and maintenance renewal require to the organization to operate, in compliance with license’s agreements. Responsibilities: Create Purchase requests for SW and HW required by the organization. Code and process IT department invoices. Report Monthly/Quarterly on IT expenses. Report Monthly on licenses expirations. Coordinates administrative tasks for IT Dept as needed. Support SharePoint system maintenance and design. Respond to and troubleshoot Help Desk tickets and calls. Assign Helpdesk tickets to technicians and escalate when necessary. Report on Helpdesk tickets status. Provide desktop, server, network and applications support. Coordinate and schedule hardware and software installations and maintenance. Provide technical and end-user support. Support IT standardization, and reporting. Assist with IT documentation. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Other Duties as assign. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Diploma in Office Administration. Certification in information technology, computer systems, or related field and /or combination of experience is a plus. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; English language - both written and oral. Customer service and attention to detail oriented. Good time-management skills, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and as part of a collaborative team in an inter-professional environment. Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Knowledge of business information systems and support. Experience with Web design or Internet security is a plus. Must be able to work full time 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Ability to work some evening and/or weekend hours as required. Strong work ethic; reliable & punctual. Three years’ experience in License management. Computer proficiency, including; operating systems and networking. Experience with SharePoint system. Clean driver’s abstract and a current and valid Class “G” Ontario Driver’s License with reliable transportation to support travel throughout the locations/plants. Basic understanding of network infrastructure, Windows server environments and other mainstream IT concepts.
