This is an entry-level role within the Apps & Services team, job scope will include day-to-day operational tasks involving service requests, partner settlement, and complaint case management. * Your Responsibilities: (What is this role all about?) Basic administrative tasks, e.g. response to partner inquiry, manage communication (notification/announcement), process service activations, terminations, suspensions. Monitor 3rd part content providers to ensure compliance of business rules. Support the settlement function including validation of revenue figures and payment processing. Process customer complaints file, take action if further investigation is required, process partner chargebacks and customer refunds. Preliminary exposure to analysis of revenue and subscriber trends * * Your Merits: (these are must-haves in terms of qualifications & experience & specific technical /professionals skills) Fresh graduates in business administration, finance, and marketing encouraged to apply. Experienced in using online and office productivity tools Some experience in business development/product management for Internet-related services will be an added advantage. Dependable, understand the importance of timeliness and be accountable to complete tasks based on a set schedule. Someone who has attention to detail, can follow the process and perform recurring tasks to operate a business A team player who can manage coordination work involving different departments and stakeholders.
