Kitchen Hand/Cook – Temp to Perm (6 months) We are seeking experienced, qualified, dedicated and talented Kitchen Hand/Cook looking for an opportunity to grow with the business in fast food service industry. Bases in Smithfield we are offering a career opportunity to work at our central kitchen where preparation of vast range of products are manufactured. About the role Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand/Cook with: · Strong commercial cooking skills · Manage food preparation and presentation whilst adhering to Food Safety Standard · High quality and standard of food · Maintain clean, safe and hygienic work practices · Day to day operation of the kitchen and associated area requirements About you · Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement) · Right to Work in Australia · Ability to work in manufacturing environment · 2 years experience in Commercial cooking or similar role · Thorough understanding of WH&S and Food Safety practices · Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills · Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment If you believe you are the right candidate for this role, we invite you to forward your updated C.V including any qualifications and pictures of your work.
