We are undergoing a period of rapid expansion in 2020, and we are now searching for a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team based in Malahide, Co. Dublin. Responsibilities of role: Deliver Backup and Disaster Recovery Services to partners and customers On-board new customers Handle inbound helpdesk support requests Pro-active monitoring and management of data protection platforms Remote assistance to customers via RMM tools Working closely with partners and customer Desirable Qualifications, Skills & Experience Good understanding of information technology systems Strong virtualisation skills (VMware, Hyper V) plus strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers Good working knowledge of networking Good working knowledge with Backup solutions and strategy Critical thinking and problem solving skills are a benefit Excellent verbal and written English Strictly no recruitment agency assistance required Ekco is an equal opportunities employer.
