ÉireComposites is recruiting a Business Development Executive to join it’s growing team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager your role will involve customer acquisition, lead generation and prospect management. You will be a key part of the team responsible for growing the revenues of ÉireComposites. The role is based in Inverin, Co. Galway with some travel to customers and tradeshows required. Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows: Prospecting new leads for our services in the areas of composite manufacturing, composite testing and machine hours. Building business relationships with current and prospective clients in order to maximise our revenues in composite manufacturing, composite testing and CNC machining. Understanding client needs and our capabilities and offering solutions. You will be required to respond to RFQ’s and generate new business. You will collaborate with management on sales goals, sales forecasting and sales strategy. You will help create and maintain a CRM system ensuring the business always has good optics on its sales pipeline. You will create engaging and enlightening sales material and be comfortable presenting this information to customers on sales calls, at sales meetings and at trade shows. You will occasionally attend or exhibit at trade shows with a view to further build our client base. We are looking for applicants with the following attributes: You will have good written and verbal communication skills. You will be a good team player. You will be persuasive, and goal orientated. You will have strong computer skills and be competent in MS Office. You will be comfortable engaging in conversations with business leaders. You will be comfortable in becoming actively involved in developing the business development strategy of the business. You will have 3 years of demonstrated business development experience. A graduate degree in Business or Marketing would be desirable. Any experience in a lead generating role would be advantageous. Any experience in Aviation, Wind energy, Boat manufacture or heavy engineering would be advantageous. This is an exciting time to join this key team within this expanding organisation.
