Internship Purpose: The EILEEN FISHER Internship Program cultivates the professional and personal development of our interns through meaningful immersion in our organization and culture. Interns gain valuable knowledge and hands-on work experience, while developing useful skills, building their resumes, and expanding their professional networks. Position Summary: The Brand Marketing intern will assist members of the DTC Marketing, Wholesale Marketing, Brand Media, and Events teams in executing our day to day work tasks which include but are not limited to creating marketing calendars and presentations, assisting with creative briefs, tracking and updating advertising assets for media campaigns etc. and reporting results. He or She will learn about the retail apparel industry and all phases of developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy. They will gain a wide variety of skills by attending meetings in partnership with other teams such as styling, visuals, buying, creative and ecommerce; understanding how all areas work together to drive the business. This is a paid internship. Learning Goals: Retail marketing concepts & strategic execution from campaign start to finish. Cross-functional teamwork: How to work across teams to facilitate projects and meet business goals. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Support Brand Marketing Team which includes: Brand Media DTC Marketing Wholesale Marketing Events Provide Brand Media Marketing Coordination and support including but not limited to: Assisting with media campaign execution & agency communication support Provide DTC Marketing Support and Coordination around: Promotional and Direct Mail Calendar & creative briefing and development Provide Wholesale Marketing Support and Coordination around: Tracking Marketing performance and creative briefing and development Provide Event Marketing Support and Coordination around: Developing & researching event concepts and creative briefing and development Performs other related duties and assignments as required. Required Skills Required Experience/Skills: Education: Must be currently enrolled in a college or university majoring in Marketing, Communications, media or Business. Must be creative, motivated, organized and detail-oriented. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint Required Experience
