We currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative Junior Designer to join our team working on the Fiction Book List. The candidate will have responsibility for assisting in the design and development of appropriately targeted fiction books for Children, Teens and Young Adult. Our aim is to inspire all ages to read. The role will be helping the fiction team to deliver books from concept to production, on time and to a high standard. The role will include working with Adobe CS for print; ensuring final files are delivered on time and to budget; prioritising your workload against publishing deadlines and using trend and market knowledge to provide input and assistance with developing new concepts. We are looking for someone who is a good communicator and has strong presentation skills. The role is based in our We Work offices in the heart of the city with good transport links. Our company purpose is to make all children proud readers through our broad portfolio of inclusive, child-friendly books and magazines for children and families from all backgrounds, for every interest and reading ability.
