This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate/current university student that wants to gain vital exposure within a Professional Services environment. For a 3 month period, Efficio requires interns to support a specific project. This role will be based either in our London or Düsseldorf offices and will involve dealing directly with Efficio consultants that are on the client site. Each day will be different, so we're looking for individuals that are flexible, open to change and want to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Essential Requirements Candidate Requirements: The candidate needs to be a self-starter and have the interpersonal skills to liaise with the whole community of internal clients, including consultants. Teamwork skills are essential, as are being able to provide support and take direction. Specifically, we expect an Intern to demonstrate the following: To have an interest in continuous learning Confident communicator, able to provide a summary view of complex material succinctly Able to understand Efficio’s business and apply context to knowledge related activities Proficient in the use of MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and motivation to suggest new ideas and see tasks through to completion Very good organisation and time management skills A self-starter with as a proactive and enquiring approach, and is prepared to challenge Ability to work in teams and take direction – with a service orientated mindset Ability to prioritise own work based on a constantly evolving situation Commitment to success and team delivery Education Degree qualified or nearing completion; ideally in an Engineering, Science, Economics or Business related field. Strong A-level grades Fluent English is essential, German is highly desirable Must have the right to work in the country in which you are applying Successful candidates can start as soon as possible Desirable Requirements
