Perform all the transactions pertaining to Purchases, Sales, expense accruals, journal vouchers, Cash and Bank transactions on the daily basis Perform reconciliation for Cash and Bank on the daily basis by performing manual checks including counting of cash. Ensure all statutory payments like TDS, GST, Profession tax, Provident Fund, ESIC and Income tax are timely paid well before due dates. Perform monthly checks and calculate monthly TDS under Income tax Act, 1961 and make sure TDS Returns are filed quarterly before due dates. Perform Monthly closures by ensuring all accrual of expenses are made timely including closing processes related to Account Receivables, Account Payables, General ledger, costing, margin analysis, Profit and Loss statement and Balance sheet. Manage colleagues by monitoring their work and help with their workload in order to increase efficiency by meeting the deadlines. To report the monthly Financials as per IND-AS & IFRS as applicable. Ensure routine tax compliances like GST,TDS and Transfer Pricing of the company are effectively handled. To report the Financials in SAP-BYD for Global reporting. Work closely with Leaders in making forecasts and projections for various projects and ongoing SAAS Business revenues. Assist Finance manager in Business modelling from Tax perspective. To lead all types of Audits like Statutory Audits, Tax audits and GST Audits and ensuring Company completed annual audit well before timelines. To lead various tax assessments and compliances with respect to Service tax, Income tax, GST, TDS and Transfer Pricing with help of Finance manager. Perform Monthly GSTR-2A reconciliations and highlighting major non-compliances if any to avoid any major tax litigations timely. Preparing various MIS reports on monthly basis and performing a reconciliation of Deferred Revenues, Accrued Revenues and Actual Invoicing and perform a strong Revenue model. Requirements Accountant with more than 8 years of experience, any Graduation degree with specialisation in Accounting profession. Post graduation degree would be an added advantage. Process driven and Systems oriented. Ability to withstand pressure. Achievement orientation. Good communication skills Ability to manage complexities. Other Job specific skills: Computer literate with working knowledge of SAP would be an added advantage. Expert knowledge for Microsoft tools like Excel, Powerpoint,Word.
