1. “Advanced Programmer” as the primary job function and also includes the following: PLC/HMI (Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Omron, and Schneider) programming and modifications of programs and devices SCADA system programming SQL server setup PC configuration and OS loading/configuration Project management of upgrades/new installations Growth of the “Data Management” division of Eascan, supporting the growth and new opportunities for Eascan to harness the power of Data Analyze, troubleshoot, replace and install electrical DC controls and AC controls Suggest, design and upgrade existing equipment controls Develop, create and keep current all electrical documentation, including BOM generation and ordering Ethernet I/O troubleshooting and setup Equipment electrical safety control installation, repair and troubleshooting Onsite; electrical installations consisting of commercial/industrial wiring & controls Assembly of electrical control systems, including wiring, installation and testing of various systems Shop work and planning On-machine wiring & terminations of custom built machines Customer service calls (troubleshooting) Organizing, ordering & arranging materials for site installations Follow and comply with all safety standards including LOTO Other duties as assigned Some travel and after-hours support will be requested Benefits: Extended health care Vision care Vacation & paid time off Life insurance Flexible working hours Work from home opportunities Wellness programs Company events & social hours Company car Employee assistance programs Dental care RRSP Match Casual dress Bonus scheme On-site parking Education reimbursement Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $90,000.00 /year Experience: Controls and Automation: 5 years (Required)
