We are revolutionising the online ad-serving industry for advertisers, publishers and networks alike and are seeking to recruit a QA Analyst/Engineer to join the growing team in our Dublin office. Responsibilities: Own the testing and validation of usability and functional correctness of newly developed features and user interfaces, updates to existing functionality and technical bug fixes Create test stories for manual and automated testing Identify areas for improvement, understand the business need, specify requirements and implement recommendations for increasing effectiveness of current processes Participate in regular reviews and team knowledge sharing activities Research of new and emerging solutions and to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices Skills and experience: Passion for ensuring overall product quality and excellent user experience Experience in QA, Manual, Automated and User Acceptance Testing Ability to understand user needs and workflows and ensure they are continuously met Proficiency in at least one of the popular Automated Testing frameworks a plus Keen to learn and understand all aspects of a complex platform Able to write clear and succinct bug reports Comfortable working in an Agile environment Self-motivated and keen to learn new technologies and methodologies Excellent written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills Education & Qualifications: Qualifications in Computer Science/related technical discipline OR equivalent experience What we offer: We offer a position in a young, dynamic and international environment and the opportunity for permanent training, personal development, ambitious career growth and a competitive salary based on experience.
