Duties and responsibilities Provide professional consultations and ethical advices to existing and potential new clients to improve their overall financial well-beings Help clients to develop sound financial plans in wealth generation, debt reduction, expenditures management, savings boosting, retirement planning and estate planning Maintain strong and healthy client-consultant relationships through periodical reviews and frequent updates on latest changes in the financial market Prepare, maintain and communicate financial records to the clients Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a diploma qualification, preferably degree or postgraduate in any discipline Possess minimum 3 years of working experience in a corporate environment Prior sales or business development experience will be an added advantage Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills with strong verbal and written skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Preferably possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley Added Attributes Self-motivated, independent and result-driven Willing to go the extra mile to create positive values for the clients Comfortable with financial literacy concepts or has aptitude for self-improvement Benefits Potential monthly income: RM9,000 and above (subject to consultant’s commitment) Attractive annual performance bonus and incentives Oversea incentive trips and other potential perks for outstanding performers Potential support to qualified consultants for lead generation Holistic learning and development, as well as career management programmes for continuous growth and succession planning Dedicated support for accreditation and certification Opportunities to learn and become financially independent Flexible working arrangement and work-life balance Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM9,000.00 to RM15,000.00 /month Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required) Benefits: Performance bonus Retirement plan 13th month salary Near public transport Flexible working hours Learning and professional development opportunities
