Graduate Programme - Your Brighter Future Awaits HR Graduate Programme Our people are the key to our success and our HR function plays a fundamental part in ensuring we attract, retain and develop the best talent. ESB’s HR Graduate Development Programme allows you to build your HR expertise by working in a number of different specialist areas across our dynamic HR function including Reward, Performance Management, Recruitment and Resource Assurance. IT Graduate Programme The ESB IT Graduate Programme is typically structured into three rotations where you will build your IT and business knowledge through challenging assignments, exposure to our business units, diverse range of business activities, and the opportunity to work on one of our major projects. If you are looking to develop your IT career in any of the Functional, Technical or Project Management career paths, then ESB's IT Graduate Development Programme is the perfect fit for you. Finance, Commercial and Marketing Graduate Programmes Our Finance programme offers rotations across core accounting principles, statutory accounting, intercompany accounting and cost analysis. You will also be supported in doing your ACA qualification. As a Commercial Graduate, you will develop your stakeholder management capability and support key business initiatives and innovative change programmes. As a Marketing Graduate you will build your marketing knowledge across PR, Sponsorship, Event Management and Digital Marketing.
