As the HR Advisor, your role supports the Senior HR Business Partner in all generalist HR activities, specifically being the first point of contact for employees and leaders, advising on HR Policies & Procedures across the business whilst ensuring the most effective utilisation of human resources in achieving strategic business objectives. Your role will support EML through operational HR advice to leaders and employees across the business and providing the full range of general human resource services and activities including; recruitment, performance management, culture, employee engagement, retention and development. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Business Partners in making recommendations to the business unit that support achieving business strategic objectives; Participation and management of HR-related projects, programs and initiatives; Act as an expert for the effective management and maintenance of the organisations HRIS, ensuring the systems work to optimum standards for employees and leaders; Produce meaningful timely and accurate HR Reports on a monthly basis for business units and Business Partners. Assist Business Partners to identify trends and provide recommendations to the business unit to improve outcomes; and Review and ensure accuracy of HR letters, contracts and databases as completed by our HR Services team. ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources generalist area; Tertiary qualification aligned to People & Culture or relevant experience; Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft office suite; Strong experience and knowledge in the use of human resource information systems; and Previous project management experience would be an advantage.
