Your new role We're the UK leader in connecting healthcare technology. Our innovative systems, software and services enable a patients' whole-life medical history to be safely and securely shared by healthcare professionals across all healthcare settings; from GP surgeries to high street pharmacies, community care, hospitals and hospices. On the back of significant investment, we have two brand new Service Desk Agent positions to Support a new release platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with the latest EMIS products, and will suit a natural problem solver with a desire to learn more about new technologies. On a daily basis, you’ll log, investigate and successfully resolve customer issues within agreed timescales. Logged issues are received via both phone and email, and may be a simple first time fix or could require a remote log in to customers machines. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, empathising with our customers, keeping them informed of the status of their incident, whilst always focusing on delivering the best solutions.
