Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION – CSR Roles can vary from focusing on day-to-day security, cleaning and maintenance to managing refurbishment for several organisations: Face of floor & Interaction with Clients. Planning R & R activity for supporting staff and clients too. coordinating cleaning, catering and parking services organising security and general administrative services ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including maintenance, grounds and custodial workers preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors; Coordinating and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling; Manage Electric Meter reading on daily basis as per approved format. Manage HK Material consumption on daily basis. Manage HK & Security Staff Attendance on daily basis. It is also possible to move into facilities management from related roles such as: Accountancy; hospitality and estate management; * Infrastructure work Client customization work Client shifting/Shuffling Carpentry work/Pop Work/ Paint Work/Electric Work Skills You will need to demonstrate: interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills; procurement and negotiation skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload; time management skills; Handling first level of escalations. Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹25,000.00 /month Experience: sales: 2 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) total work: 2 years (Preferred) Education: Master's (Preferred) Language: Hindi (Preferred)
