Roles & Responsibilities Job Description: Full spectrum of purchase function (Sourcing, negotiation, PO generation, expedite and change order) Responsible to source project material, machinery spare part, hardware, PPE and stationary Prepare export and import documents Negotiate term and price with supplier Issue PO according to MR from site supervisor & project engineer Ensure timely delivery Monitor quantity and unit price of materials/ hardware for each project site Responsible for inventory at workshop Match Delivery Order with supplier invoice. Regenerate monthly purchase reports Evaluate vendors performanceEnsure purchasing procedure comply with ISO standard. Job Criteria Expert in oversea material sourching. Familiar with online purchase through TAOBAO or ALIBABA Experience in construction material purchase is a MUST. Have import and export experience will be advantage. Candidate must be able to handle CHINESE speaking vendor and email on enquiry. Candidate must be commited towards jobs and always put the company interest in priority. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
