Position Summary EBI is seeking a Tribal Coordinator to oversee a geographic region of our tribal consultation services. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and effectively tracking documentation for new projects to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Tower Construction Notification System (TCNS). The ideal candidate will work to establish and maintain strong, beneficial, and productive relationships with Native American Tribes. Job Requirements Save and maintain all TCNS notifications in appropriate project work spaces Prepare and send consultation letters for tribal agencies with applicable supporting documents Receive and save tribal responses to appropriate project work spaces, following up with Tribes as necessary Responsible for notifying the report authors and Project Managers with status updates and/or upon completion of tribal consultation Team with the EBI Production Department to ensure timely delivery of tribal correspondence by performing regular reviews to identify and address letters on staff hold and/or pending outbound tribal checks. Education and Experience Bachelor Degree in Anthropology, Native American Studies, Archeology, or Environmental Science preferred but not required Entry-level position, 0-3 years of experience in the cultural resources sector preferred. Certifications and Licenses No specific certification or license required.
