The newly refurbished EARL at Emporium Melbourne is recruiting for a Full Time kitchen team member, making our range of sandwiches, salads and bowls fresh each day. We are looking for a systems focused person who can follow our establised procedures efficiently, with attention to the details, and most importantly, with a smile. With an open kitchen, our team need to be able to move between kitchen and counter at peak times so the ability to communicate our philosophy and offer a superior customer experience is paramount. As a full time team member, we are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, comfortable in a commercial kitchen environment and prepared to do what it takes to get a great outcome for our guests. We require availability across a 7 day a week roster, working a combination of opening and closing shifts.
