For our brand new operations at the new place to be at Zurich Airport, The Circle - Switzerland’s biggest construction - we are looking for a self-driven and proactive HR Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: Recruitment Administration: Implementation of existing processes, as well as handling of general administrative tasks as part of ongoing optimization processes. Personal care: Advising line managers on various personnel issues. Support in conflict management and implementation of disciplinary measures. Processing of all first-level employee contacts, as well as processing complex employee inquiries. Health Management: Identification, processing and monitoring of short-term absences with steering potential. Management of long-term absences in cooperation with external care managers and sales managers, including organization of individual re-integration measures. Your Profile: Fluent in German and English, French is a plus; Further education as HR Fachmann/frau and/or Bachelor/Master degree in economics, psychology or law; 3-5 years of relevant operational HR experience; Understanding of Swiss labor law; Able to adapt and deal with various stakeholders; Pragmatic and result oriented; Motivated by fast paced work environment; With this role, we are offering you the chance to embrace a new vision while influencing its direction.
