We are looking for an experienced Information Governance Manager and Data Protection Officer to oversee information governance across the Trust, ensuring compliance with the Trust’s ethical and legal responsibilities. You will lead on developing our policy framework, auditing compliance with the Data Protection and Security Toolkit and driving improvement actions. The post holder will also work closely with senior managers and clinicians providing advice across the range of information governance functions including Data Protection, Freedom of Information, access to health records and records management. This is an excellent opportunity available as a secondment or substantive appointment to develop your skill set in a busy environment with a high quality and diverse workload.
