Role Summary: An integral part of Drip’s finance business is to engage with existing customers daily on various Trade Finance requirements. The customer experience associate is responsible to co- ordinate with customers as well as internal cross functional teams to deliver accurate and clear communication to our exporters. Job Responsibilities: Track all invoices submitted to us Ensure smooth funding of every invoice from end to end stage Co-ordinate with account managers, operations, risk and customers to help solve any queries Provide continuous feedback to internal stakeholders on process improvement and optimization Support day to day operations on prospective customers as well as existing accounts Maintain prompt and clear information transfer with internal stakeholders; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in customer support / customer facing roles Preferred: Basic conversation skills in multiple foreign languages
