Your efforts will range from accounting responsibilities and reports, overhead planning and budgeting, financial analysis and projections, to the preparation of ad hoc reports for investors and venture capitalists. You will be a key member of the management team in providing financial consultation and advices in business operation and evaluation of business opportunities. Main duties: Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems; Analysis, review and update of financial data and provide reports for executive management; Develop financial models to support evaluation, analyzing, forecasting and planning of corporate financial condition; Provide supports and real-time financial analysis for Capital Management; Undertake analysis and reports in market and price trends, and other factors giving management insight of market positions; Financial evaluation and advices for management’s long-term and short-term decision; Set up and implementation of company’s cost system; Administrative and production Cost Control and Analysis; Analysis and assist in cost planning, cash flows, and budgeting for daily, quarterly and annually operations, production inventories and facilities, as well as fund reservation for unexpected expenses Prepare a regular risk profile for debt portfolios; Assist in Capacity planning and modeling improvement as well as preparation of operation and facility expansion budgets; Provide financial analysis and projections on raw material and labor costs, pricing, variable contributions, and investment budgets on investment projects; Prepare financial plans, documents and ad hoc reports for investors and venture capitalists to seek funding for facility expansion; Follow up on facility expansion projects with financial backers; Draft pitch decks for corporate approaching potential investors; Source active financial instrument for corporate funding; Qualifications A Bachelor or Master Degree in finance, accounting, economics, and/ or business administration 2+ years of finance experience in P & L, cost control, overhead planning and budgeting Strong track record in providing consolidate financial statements and financial analysis Experience and skills in Venture Capital financial planning and management Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities and deadlines Salary: $35/hourly Hours of Work: 40 hours a week Benefits: benefits as required by law Term: full time and permanent position Work Location: #4-8118 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC, Canada, V5J 0E5 Start Date: As soon as possible How to Apply: All interest applicants please submit your resume and cover letter with the subject “Financial Analyst” by email to [email removed] thank all those who are interested, however only qualified candidates will be contacted.
